Products. We sell embroidered apparel. We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but actual products may vary slightly due to screens, lighting, and the handmade nature of embroidery.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Intellectual property. "be fucking nice®" is a registered trademark of BFN Brands LLC (U.S. Reg. No. 8,080,225). All site content, designs, logos, and the mark are owned by BFN Brands LLC and may not be used without written permission.

Payment. Orders are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We don't store your full payment details.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BFN Brands LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
