Refund policy

We want you to love your hat. If something isn't right, we'll help.

Window. Request a return or exchange within [30 days] of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.

Defective or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email info@befuckingnice.net within [7 days] of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns. Accepted within the window above; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping is non-refundable.

How to start. Email info@befuckingnice.net with your order number and reason before sending anything back. We'll send return instructions.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue any approved refund to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

Exchanges. Need a different color? Start the same way — email us and we'll sort it out.
